My name is Captain Paul Mandella, owner and operator of Maybe Tonight Charters. I am a U.S.C.G. Licensed Captain and fully insured. I have spent 35 years in the pursuit of striped bass, bluefish and weakfish around the Great South Bay and Fire Island inlet areas.

I have been very fortunate to have enjoyed a lifelong affair with these waters and they are the basis for some of my very fondest memories. As a charter boat captain I am thrilled to have the opportunity of introducing other people to the beauty of the area and it’s local inhabitants and it is my hope that some of THEIR best memories will result as well.

Maybe Tonight Charters offers private charter and/or open boat fishing for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Weakfish, Fluke and many other local species in season. The Maybe Tonight does not adhere to a set daily scheduled and instead sails in search of her quarry solely dependent upon preferred tidal and current conditions for the species of the day. Day and night trips are available.

Maybe Tonight Charters sails from Seaborn Marina located in Bay Shore, New York. The marina is easily reached off any of Long Island’s major highways and is approximately 1/2 mile from LIRR’s Bay Shore train station. Arrangements can be made in advance for your pickup from the station if needed.
